How a private airport transfer works
- Before you land, we track your flight and move the pickup if it is early or late. Waiting time for delays is always included.
- In the arrivals hall, your driver waits with a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
- On the road, the car is cool, there is chilled water, and your driver takes the quickest route for the time of day.
We can also add a meet-and-greet with immigration fast-track, so you are walked through arrival and handed to your driver at the kerb.
What a private transfer costs
Airport transfers are priced per car: IDR 750,000 in a Toyota Fortuner or Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, IDR 1,050,000 in a Toyota HiAce Premio for six to twelve guests, IDR 1,250,000 in a Toyota Alphard Executive Lounge and IDR 2,500,000 in a Lexus LM 350h. Fuel, parking and tolls are included. Compare the cars on VIP Transport.
Tips for the first drive
- Landing in the late afternoon? Allow the upper end of the range for Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud.
- Going straight to Nusa Penida or the Gili Islands? Boats run in daylight, so an evening arrival usually means a first night near the harbour.
- Arriving very late? Roads are quiet at night, and drives are at the shorter end of the range.
- Apply for your visa on arrival (e-VOA) online before you fly, where your nationality allows it, and pay the Bali tourist levy in advance.
